Look out for pelagic marine life at Sipadan Island like the gentle sea Green Turtle, Giant Bumphead Parrotfish, right down to the tiny marine life such as the Pygmy Seahorse, Painted Frogfish, Ornate Ghostpipe fish and if you’re lucky, the Flamboyant Cuttlefish or even the Blue Ring Octopus.

Sipadan Island Permits
Diving at Sipadan Island requires a permit issued by Sabah Parks, the Malaysian Government Authority that oversees the marine park. There are only 120 permits issued each day for all the resorts going to Sipadan Island. However for the other islands like Mabul, Kapalai and Si Amil, no permits are required.
Your best chance of obtaining a Sipadan Island permit is to stay at least 5 days / 4 nights. Based on our past experience, staying 5 days / 4 nights will give you a chance to dive at Sipadan Island for 1 full day, made up of 4 boat dives.
We will help you with the permit application when you book with us.

2. Choose Sipadan-Mabul Resort as your dive resort.
3. Select the dates that you are interested in, between 8th May 2011 and 30th June 2011.

Terms and Conditions
The promotion period is from 8th May 2011 to 30th June 2011.
There are only 44 rooms available at Sipadan-Mabul Resort, so please book early.
Booking is subject to room availability.
Once a provisional booking has been made, you will need to put in 30% down payment to secure your booking, and pay the remainder 70%, 30 days before your arrival at Sipadan-Mabul Resort.
