Sipadan-Mabul Resort and Mabul Water Bungalow Rates 2011/2012

After many midnight candles, we are happy to announce our new rates for Sipadan-Mabul Resort and Mabul Water Bungalows for the period April 1, 2011 to March 31, 2012.

For Sipadan-Mabul Resort, the package price has changed just a little compared to the current period ending April 1, 2010. The change is only a few US dollars.

If you are planning a trip to Sipadan Island, please plan to book at least a month ahead of your arrival date, preferably 2 months so that you can secure your room as rooms are limited.

Although we are not able to guarantee that you will get a permit to dive at Sipadan Island, based on our experience, you will have the best chances of getting a permit if you stayed longer at the resorts. We would recommend staying at least 5 days / 4 nights for the best chances of obtaining a Sipadan Island permit.

Here’s the link to the latest Sipadan-Mabul Resort rates and Mabul Water Bungalow rates. (The page shows the newer rates first beginning April 1, 2011, then the current rates that will end on March 31, 2011.

All of us at Sipadan Diving Vacation would also like to take this opportunity to say thank you very much for the support since 2005.

Let’s go diving!

Demolition of Sipadan Structures Bearing Results

But after attending a public forum organized by Sabah Society in January last year, I wasn’t so sure anymore. The major issues raised were (if my memory has not failed me) whether to evacuate the resorts from the island or not; and if they were to evacuate, the correct time to do it.
